It has been three weeks since the underground conduit was installed. Since then, nothing. I had hope to have this all completed before the 7/9 because my Hughesnet will be cancelled then. It’s should have been cancelled last month on the 9th but after much wrangling on the phone I got an extra month. If Truestream doesn’t come through I’ll be without internet. Any way to prod the crew into finishing?

We are primarily doing in-home installations again (with proper precautions), but the assisted self-installation is still available. Let the rep know if that is your preference and they will get it on the schedule!

After giving up hope of getting the cable from the road to the house before August, the crew showed up today and were done in two hours. Now for the last hurdle of getting a tech here so I can do the self install.

It’s now almost five weeks since the conduit was put in the ground. I’ve stopped looking for a crew to install the cable finally. Pretty deflating.
