Hello. Thanks again to everyone working hard during these hard times. I noticed some digging happening in my front yard a few days ago which is an exciting prospect. I believe I'm Harbor Springs 1 which I think has a bit before connections are available, but I was wondering if I had to fill out any paperwork at this time? Thank you again. - Sky.
