Hi Roger, thank you for your interest in Truestream! For areas not currently active, like Barnard 2, we are simply gaging interest. Currently, all Boyne City areas that are not part of the phase 1 build have the same # to reach 100%. As we move closer toward deciding on future construction, you will likely see those numbers change again. We will take into consideration the number of active, eligible accounts in your area, and the expected 'take' rate for our service, and compare that to the # of registrations. I noticed that when I last checked (Today) the % to go the number keeps getting lower. Are people dropping out or are you increasing the area. I am in the Barnard 2 area. Looks like we may never see Truestream in our area. Roger Smith
