Hi Chuck, thank you for your interest in Truestream! Most of the customer comments/recommendations we receive are over on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jointruestream/). Everyone's experience is a little different, based on the number of connected devices you have, but I am happy to share mine. I have 5 people total in my house, all of whom use WiFi devices at some point, between phones and tablets, etc. We also have a few devices that are always connected, like several smart home devices and a gaming system. Our cable internet could not keep up if we were all on the devices at the same time - it was constantly dropping the connection to the kids' tablets. Now with Truestream (I have the Gig plan), we have no connection issues and no issues with reliability. We have also switched to exclusively streaming tv, which given the already existing issues, we couldn't have done previously. If you have any questions, please let me know!
